How much does delivery cost?

Shopping with us just gets even more exciting, We are offering free delivery on orders over £100.
Orders of large items including beds, mattresses and headboards below £100 are not covered by free delivery and will incur a delivery charge of £29.
For orders of smaller items under £45 in value, such as accessories, delivery costs from £4.99 to £9.99.
Please not that some postcodes within the UK mainland are exempt from free delivery.
Postcodes exempt from free delivery are as follows: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, IV, KA, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PH, DT, PL, EX, TR and TQ.
Delivery charge for these postcodes is £40.00 and the delivery timescale for these areas is within 10-15 Working Days.

COVID-19 - Will your delivery team adhere to social distancing?

For the safety of both our customers and drivers, we are operating a 2-man contactless delivery. You can choose to have your order delivered either to your doorstep or to the room of your choice. Alternatively your items can be left outside in a safe place should you request the team to do so.
Please note that if you live in an apartment/flat the delivery team will go as far as the first Floor.
When we call to schedule your delivery, we’ll discuss the options that are available to you and help you decide on the one that's most appropriate.

How does your delivery team adhere to social distancing guidelines?

Our delivery teams are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment including gloves and face masks, and will be using hand sanitiser before and after each delivery.
They will then ask you to open your front door and all other corresponding doors leading into the room of your choice. Enabling us to avoid touching anything in your home.
The team will politely ask you to stay at least 1m away from them throughout the delivery, and will be following strict social distancing procedures.

I'm worried about Covid -19 - how do I know my bed is safe to have in my home? 

All products will be delivered in sealed plastic packaging for self-unpacking and self-assembly, Our delivery team will ensure PPE is worn at all times and will wear gloves mask etc to avoid direct contact when handling furniture.

My home has awkward access, can you still deliver my bed? 

99% of deliveries are usually made with no issues at all, however should the team find a delivery slightly awkward they will use their delivery experience to try their upmost best to find a solution to any hurdles they face when delivering.
(Please bare in mind our delivery team will not remove any doors or windows etc)

Where will you leave my bed when it's delivered?

You can choose to have your bed delivered either to your doorstep or to the room of your choice, alternatively your items can be left outside in a safe place should you request the team to do so.

What happens if I make the wrong mattress choice?

If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your mattress choice, you will then have 7 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattresses.
Should you wish to exchange your unopened mattress, please feel free to get in touch with our friendly sales team who can help you identify and recommend a mattress that fits your preference. A charge of £49 will be applied for the exchange plus the difference depending on the type of mattress you choose.
Please note, a 25% cancellation fee per order may be applied if you wish to return unwanted goods. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed.

Do your beds come with guarantee?

All items purchased above £200 include a 1 year manufacturing warranty. 

Can I choose what time of the day I receive my delivery?

Each customer will have an allocated time slot for their delivery, an SMS text message will be sent on the day to each customer 30-60 minutes prior to their delivery as a quick reminder, should you have a preferred time frame you would like us to deliver your items in, please contact us and our team will do their best to work around your preferred time.

Will I need to stay in all day and what time are deliveries made in between?

Our usual delivery time is window is from 9am-9pm. We want to make it easy for our customers to receive their delivery and we understand that waiting in all day for furniture can be frustrating, delaying your plans for the day.
To combat this, we allocate you an estimated delivery time, with some leeway built in in case of traffic etc. and we will keep our customers informed should we face any delays or issues.

What happens if I am out when my bed is delivered?

All deliveries are signed for, if you are out when our delivery team arrives they will leave a card with a contact number for you to reschedule - Please note there may be an additional charge if we need to re-deliver.

Will you take my old bed away for me?

Yes, we can take your old bed away for you. We offer a disposal of old beds and mattresses as an additional service, This service is chargeable, should you require any more information or prices please contact our customer service team.

Will you carry my new bed upstairs and into my bedroom for me?

Yes of course! We want delivery to be as easy as possible and we want you to be able to start enjoying your new bed or mattress as quickly as possible! Our delivery team will take any necessary precautions and will safely carry your bed to the room of your choice.

Where are your beds made?

We are proud of that fact that all of our beds and mattresses are handmade, right here in the UK.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver your bed bed within 7 working days.

Do you offer faster, express delivery options?

Yes, we do offer express delivery, should you wish to receive your order sooner please contact us. Please also note an additional minimum charge of £29 will be applied for express delivery depending on your distance.

Once I've placed my order, what happens if i need to change it, for example to add something on or i need my bed sooner?

Should you wish to add an item onto your order please place your order online for the addition item you wish to purchase and please let us know immediately

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you willingly cancel your order prior to delivery of your goods, you will need to pay us for any losses and costs we suffer because of your cancellations. There is a minimum 25% handling charge on all cancelled or returned orders.


While every effort is made to meet our customers demands, cancellation or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Droughts or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
